Nanja Boy writes examines the fate of Nigerians in the recent xenophobic attacks in South Africa: “Lest we have forgotten, Nigerians economy now harbors the best of their businesses. For goodness sake, the lists of Nigerian-based multinational companies wholly owed or controlled by South Africa people or government is far greater than the hundreds of Nigeria migrants residing in that country. Nigerians are not destroying any of MTN’s installation even when their services are poor and genuine reasons to rampage are evident.”

Nigerians are law abiding people. We accommodate, tolerate and support foreigners to flourish, South african people and business inclusive. I remember when I was in primary school, we use to pray for south africans when apartheid was at its peak in their country.
I think south africans need to be educated. The generosity of Nigerians could be paralleled with their negativities especially when it comes to undeserved maltreatment both within and outside our shores.
Lets leave in peace, a handshake of goodwill is always better than conflicts.
