Chuck Kuhn uploads an article about Le Hiep Tuyen, father of Vietnam telecommunications. “In 1984, Prof. Tuyen led a group of overseas Vietnamese in conducting the first seminar introducing semi-conductor laser technology in telecommunication in Vietnam.”
