Bahrain: Traffic Tickets for Erring Cyclists

Cyclists driving in the opposite lanes of incoming traffic are being fined in Bahrain, reports Al Adraj, who posts an email from a Bahraini who thinks that the idea of fining cyclists is ridiculous.
