Sri Lanka: Unsolicited SMS Message Of The President

All mobile phone subscribers across all networks in Sri Lanka received an SMS from the President in the morning of the first day of the new year containing a propaganda message and new year greeting. Groundviews criticized the unsolicited message and questioned the source of the expense.
