I’m a masters student seeking my degree in broadcast management at Ohio University.
I’m interested in learning more about South Korea and the country’s policy on content production and distribution. I’m also interested in knowing how the country is dealing with the exchange of large digital files and how it plans on maintaining or expanding its current infrastructure to allow free exchange of this information.
I am also interested on how South Korean citizens are dealing with these changes along with their overview on how their country has developed the Internet and served (or underserved) the public.
If there are any individuals willing to speak about this, please let me know asap. Also, if there are any books or articles on this topic, please forward them my way.
Sincerely,
Dan Nelson
