Mozambique: The lowest life span

Carlos Serra [pt] is optimistic about the report by the WHO that by 2025 the life span in Mozambique and other African countries will be of 60 years, the lowest in the world. “It seems to be a negative fact, perhaps we can have a more optimistic view if we consider that in our country, the life expectancy at birth is 42.3 years for both sexes”.
