One of the problems in China s well is that “hi class restaurants” offer contrabanded beef from the USA. It seems that the chefs working in these restaurants cannot cook with grass fed beef and need the animal fat in order to achieve the taste they need. Not enough creativity in the gastronomic world in Shanghai especfically where vasts amounts of fat are served in beef dishes, and we are taking here in restaurants like Laris & M.
