Brazil: The Internet Governance Forum and the USA dominance

Gizmodo on the Internet Governance Forum 2007 that takes place in Rio de Janeiro, from 12 through 15 November. The international meeting is meant to cover topics including spam, free speech and cheaper access to the Internet. “However, it seems that American dominance in the governing of the Internet is more likely to be the unofficial topic for debate”.
