Rosario Lizana is a Chilean freelacer, based in Santiago. Her experience lies in the field of strategic communications and research. She teaches at the Barnechea Cultural Corporation that promotes the exercise of debate amongst Chilean youth. Rosario has also worked as a consultant for political campaings and is currently promoting and advocating the blog platform in Chile.
