Pakistan: Reaction on NATO's Attack Killing 24 Pakistani Soldiers
November 26, 2011 marked the death of 24 Pakistani troops as a result of a violent attack by NATO helicopters and fighter aircrafts on Pakistan Army's border posts in Mohmand Agency of FATA in Pakistan. No less than 13 troops were also injured in the attack. The attack is being condemned and protested against by politicians, journalists, religious organizations and members of the civil society ever since.

Pakistan: Youth Gets Justice After Video of Extra-Judicial Killing Emerged
On June 8, 2011, a 19 year old boy was shot dead at point blank by a Pakistan Rangers personnel in Karachi. Video footage emerged showing that the boy was unarmed. After two months, the accused Rangers official who fired the shots has been convicted with the death penalty.

There has been a lot of mismanagement of the donations collected for flood relief in Pakistan. The methods of distribution of reliefs and utilizing those funds for other purposes have also been questioned. One such controversial project is the "Watan Cards" project.
