I am journalist also deep in areas of advertising, politics and media theory. The reason I write for Global Voices can be seen in a great need for more Serbian voices in international media to improve understanding between my country and the world. Meeting professor Yuan Ying Chan at HKU gave me inspiration to be optimistic about future of media as internet gives a lot of possibilities to develop interactive online networks where citizen journalists can take part with real time news and in-depth analyses offered by GV online. A lot of inspiration came from Rebecca MacKinnon as well. So I hope the future is bright so freedom of speech activists will make the difference! You may visit my homepage, personal blog, flickr ,
