Arab bloggers from 19 countries came together for the second time between the 7th and the 12th of December in Beirut to exchange knowledge, get training and support each other in their quest for freedom of expression in the Arab region. The event was organized by Global Voices and The Heinrich Böll Foundation with support from HIVOS and the Open Society Institute.
