Mis alumnos de estos 25 años me han hecho ser quien soy. Tengo para mí que yo sería menos tolerante si no me hubiera dedicado a la educación, que me ha obligado a adaptarme a diferentes realidades colectivas (diferentes generaciones) y diferentes realidades individuales (cada alumno es diferente). Esta continua necesidad de adaptación ha hecho de mí un hombre que escucha, acompaña y crece disfrutando con esta tarea. Todo eso (y aún más) se lo debo a mis alumnos.
My students from the past 25 years have made me who I am. I reckon that I'd be less tolerant if I hadn't dedicated myself to teaching, as this has made me adapt to different collective realities (different generations) and different individual realities (each student is different). This endless need for adaptation has made me a man who listens, who walks along and grows enjoying the task. I owe all of this (and even more) to my students.
