Peru: An Encounter with Mario Vargas Llosa

Peruvian blog Los mil rostros de la ciudad [es] tells about an encounter [es] its blogger had with writer Mario Vargas Llosa on a street in Miraflores, where many of Vargas Llosa's novels take place:
