Images of people kissing went viral on Facebook [2], blogs [1] and Twitter in Brazil, under the hashtags #beijaço [3] (protest by kissing) and #Laerte [4]. Strips by Laerte published on Folha de São Paulo [5] newspaper, triggered the ‘protest by kissing’ against the anti-gay preacher Marco Feliciano, recently elected [6] Brazil Human Rights Committee Head.
