Na tochak [1] (On a Bycicle), a group of cyclists organizing the Critical Mass [2] movement, used video [3] and photos [4] to document the experience of riding in the bike lanes of several Skopje boulevards, reconstructed and widened ahead of the local elections scheduled for March 2013. Many streets in the Macedonian capital have no designated bike lanes, and even pedestrians are often forced off the sidewalks by the cars parked there.
