BBC journalist Zenaida Machado (@zenaidamz) informs [2] on Twitter that the alleged mastermind [3] of the attack is Captain N’Tchama, a member of the army elite unit who “was also behind March 2009 attack that killed President Nino Vieira and Army Chief of Staff Tagmé Na Waie”.
