The European Union of Jewish Students have created a petition urging the Council of Europe Committee on Equality and Non-Discrimination of the Parliamentary Assembly to remove Golden Dawn MP Eleni Zaroulia from its ranks. Zaroulia recently referred to immigrants as “sub-human” [el] while addressing the Greek Parliament. The Central Board of Jewish Communities in Greece also addressed a letter asking for Zaroulia to be removed.
