Regional organization TECHO is using Facebook [1] [es], Twitter [2] [es], Google Plus [3] and YouTube [4] [es] to raise awareness about poverty in Latin America and the Caribbean on October 17, International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
A Google hangout, titled “Is poverty the principal limitation in the development of Latin America?”, will be held today, October 17, at 9:30 pm (GMT-4).
