The Mayor of Vilnius got fed up of expensive cars getting parked illegally on the bicycle lane. To make his displeasure with this blatant disregard for laws very clear, he decided to make an example and run over the car with a tank as a warning to would-be-offenders, as can be seen on this video. Commenter sums it up: “you know, i kind of like this guy. he shows up on his scooter, crushes the illegal parkers car, shakes his hand, sweeps up the broken glass and rides off on his scooter [sic].”
