Abulfazal reports [1] that the Kyrgyz parliament passed a bill that bans the Ferghana Information Agency’s web site (better known as Ferghana.ru) in Kyrgyzstan for “subjective coverage of the June 2010 clashes” in Southern Kyrgyzstan.
