Uganda: The opposition leaders pretend to have control over the masses. So they could rally them to vote them into power == they didnot
they could rally them to demonstrate == so far not possible
The claim is a rigged elections. However, the opposition assured all that there would never be a rigged election
Military gear == remember the opposition promised to reigh in with terror. So what should the government have done? Moreover, the same voters saw the military gear, went to vote, they voted the president (NRM), but voted other parties for local leaders. These politicians are on interntional lies, nothing on the graound, save for Kampala and some portion of the main central Uganda.
