Those who cannot dispense justice among their own fraternity, how they can dispense justice among common people?. I believe every steps starts from own home, either it is accountability or dispensation of Justice. The same is the situation of our Judiciary, who is just getting mad to rail road democracy by opening a Pandora box, but very innocently went on conferring his gang.

I know the so-called custodian of Judiciary could not vindicate the resignations of two judges of lower court who, which were ignored in promotion process. Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif in a partial and biased move conferred upon judges of his choice totally neglecting the merit. , when civil judge Layyah Javed Iqbal protested against being neglected in promotion process and resigned on Tuesday, following Javed Iqbal another senior civil judge from Multan Muhammad Kalim Khan also tendered resignation to express solidarity with Javed. “My step is intended to save judiciary and system. I want to prevent my other colleagues from this kind of injustice,” observed civil judge Kalim Khan while talking to the journalists.

There is much hullaballoo by some quarters that a propaganda campaign is working against Judiciary. Do you think highlighting transgresses in judiciary is propaganda? Judiciary is free to do whatever it wants?. Not at all Judiciary is accountable, to people of Pakistan. Judiciary must vindicate the biased approach.
