    Sounds like a holiday, when will travel agencies be informed to organise special tours of relaxation and comfort ?

    Things must have changed, are the communist party officials ready to retire ?

    Prison guards are now equipped with feathers to stroke
    inmates instead of electric shock, and the only torture allowed is gourmet food from special restaurants
    previously only frequented by off high officials with a low red self esteem.
