		<description>How?  Does it means they bride to keep 50%  salary from existing job but they can find an another full or part time job on order to get 2nd salary?  If so, this is not a ingenious method any more because this method has existed for a long time in other countries.   I don&#039;t understand.  Please describe.</description>
