  • This is a pretty poor quality and poorly thought out blog posting to be linking to from Global Voices…

    The “discrimination” is only in the traditional sense of the word in that there is differentiation between citizens and non-citizens when applying for a credit card.

    But if you read his post, Patrick ridiculously claims *racial prejudice*. Sure, foreigners have a hard time getting a credit card, but that’s true whatever your skin color.
