The “discrimination” is only in the traditional sense of the word in that there is differentiation between citizens and non-citizens when applying for a credit card.
But if you read his post, Patrick ridiculously claims *racial prejudice*. Sure, foreigners have a hard time getting a credit card, but that’s true whatever your skin color.
