That&#039;s a pretty provocative way to put it. You&#039;ll not be calling Russia, you&#039;ll just be dialling Russia&#039;s prefix.

It&#039;s the same prefix you dial when calling Kazakhstan, by the way.

By your logic you&#039;re calling the US when you call Canada. Canada uses the US calling code.</description>
