Are the rains ever going to come? If they don't I hate to say, but this counrty is going to be in a worse situation than it was after the last elections.

Hi thanks alot for this so that people can realise the problem at hand. I tried to do the same when i heard that Uganda was to experience the same which actually started this month. The consquencies are actually not good to human and animal life and these are the usual stories on climate refugees, displacement, distruction of property and subsquent poverty are anticipated.
Why cant the African Union and the EU come up with afair deal in December so that such can be reduced?
It is time African leaders to come up with a position on what they are to present to cop 15 in copenhagen.CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL.
