Wael Abbas was only stopped, searched and his laptop was taken at the airport. He is Egyptian and can't be deported. As for Philip Rizk, he was never stopped or searched at the airport before, as far as I know, he was kidnapped and detained for several days by the State security during a pro-gaza march near the town of Abo Zaabal in the Delta earlier this year.
