Bangladesh: Exporting Internet Bandwidth

Duncan Chowdhury is irked by a report published in a local Bangladeshi newspaper that the Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company is planning to export internet bandwidth to Nepal and Bhutan. “This could be done only after our optimum utilization of our required bandwidth,” the blogger opines.
