Nepal: Delays In Child Adoption Process

ABC blog discloses a letter from an adoptive parent expecting a baby from Nepal, which cites the unnecessary delay and corruption in getting the permission from the “Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare”.

  • I would just encourage adoptive parents of children from Nepal to not give up. It is a very difficult process to adoptd from Nepal because of it being so poor, the political turmoil, and inefficiency. But if you presevere, it will happen.
