Roger Alexander questions the the Minister of railways of India, who presented this year's budget in the parliament today: “why has the cash surpluses of the Railways depleted so rapidly in such a short span of time?”

It has been learned that Rajdhani express bound to Banglore has been looted very badly after it left Jhansi on last Saturday. The minister was telling in her budget speech that she is going to boost security of the passengers in all trains. It is shame on us that prestegious trains are getting looted. Do the necessary. It is shame on us.
