		<description>The debate on Male Mass Circumcision, especially in Kenya is polluted and some of those involved in the initiative appear less honest in their intentions. 

There is need for more discussion and interrogation of the whole initiative beyond the claims of health  benefits.

I am keen to engage abit more on this debate ....</description>
