		<description>I&#039;ve been very behind in my reading lately, but was glad to catch this today, Hisham...the Moroccan elections have been an interesting phenomenon over the past few years, and I&#039;ve always questioned whether a move toward a fully democratic government is the right answer (given the potential for the rise of certain parties).  At this point, I still don&#039;t know.</description>
