However, he said it was not easy to control such blogs since individuals operating them could easily open another one. “We only give licences to internet service providers but not blog owners. It is not easy to control them as they can open another one. As of now, we have blocked Zeutamu. I must confess that this thing is not easy to control because blog owners can open and operate such blogs, while abroad,” said Nkoma. From Tanzania newspaper:
