My posts consist in reporting what the bloggers said . It is not an article that I wrote. They are not my sayings.Here is the link about the concept of Global Voices Online may be after reading it you will find the answer to your 1st question http://globalvoicesonline.org/about/. As to your second question , well the post is not about the transaction , it is rather about the censorship . If I was writing a post about the real estate transaction ,I would had indicated the exact amount .

Not sure why you assumed the government wants to hide this “information”. What the government has to do with it?

Also, why didn’t you state the exact amount of the transaction?
