As you have rightly observed, internet penetration in here in Malawi is under one percent, so much as we appreciate that a web presence is good, a shrewd Malawian politician would not devote their efforts on the web but would exhaust their campaign efforts by reaching out to the grassroots in Nkando, Thava, Malomo, Ntaja, Kabwafu etc. Similarly, concentrating party campaign efforts in urban areas like Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mzuzu etc is a recipe for disaster.
