It is really absurd how we are just looking for an excuse not to make an opinion about the issue. This guy IS a criminal and he should be put to jail and we should not wait till he dies or someone overthrows him till we do that.
Of course the ICC can’t effectively do much, but now at least i personally have the proof that al bashir is a criminal and I can make a case when i am talking. We have to do more than this, but considering the political alliances of Al bashir I think the ICC did the only thing I would expect from it: call the criminal a criminal

The decision will not make any change in the current reality.
All the procedures taken recently against the Sudan and its leadership is a make-up of colonial parties on top of which is the US and its two major adherents Britain and France.
The 4th March decision is just a continuation to the series of the American-European plot against Sudan and not more than that.
Whatever the decision spells, the illegality of the ICC decision is proven as it is a political decision and even in its political nature, it is an exceptional unprecedented procedure as it will infringe the sovereignty and independence of a State.
