This has been building for months and the President was aware of the blog. This is a very sad day for free expression in Guyana. Jamaican bloggers are watching anxiously because this sets a very bad precedent. it looks like a sting to me. Living Guyana made a mistake, retracted and offered an apology. What is the crime being prosecuted here that would set police looking for the bloggers? at the same time this is a red flag to all bloggers to be extremely careful about the information they post.
