		<description>I don&#039;t know about Australia, but John Key is either misinformed or outright lying when he claims that the UK has a law similar to section 92. In fact the UK has considered and rejected the idea of cutting people off the internet without due process:

Current UK proposals (and that is all they are at the moment) would require ISPs to warn people identified as illegal downloaders, and to hand over details to copyright holders following a court order. Then the issue would be dealt with by the courts.

Also there is no international requirement for laws like section 92 (yet --- ACTA might change that).</description>
