For anyone following Hon. Bennett's story in October, 2010, an online petition demanding Mugabe and Zanu-PF to end their persecution against him has been posted. The link is as follows:

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/263/justice-for-Roy-Bennett/

It will run until Dec. 24, 2010. Hon. Bennett still needs all the help we can give, as the persecution continues (his house in Harare was raided recently -3 times in 2 weeks! and they are threatening to sue him for defamation (yet another excuse to keep him 'at bay' and not sworn-in as deputy agriculture minister.) Please sign and help further by spreading the word. Share with all your contacts and ask they do the same!

Thank you all.

[...] Speculations are also rife that politicians who seized Bennett’s lucrative coffee plantation in 2006 with the complicity of the government are afraid that pay-back time might be at the corner and are mounting pressure because they are afraid Roy Bennett will get his property back under the power sharing government, reports Ndesanjo Macha of Global Voices.
Mugabe and Zanu-PF have used these tactics in the past and will continue to use them as a bargaining tool for their own ends and agendas.

Sadly, Roy like so many other Zimbabwean's regardless of race, colour, sex or creed suffer persecution because they speak out against the regime who care little for those dying daily in Zimbabwe.

Instead of calling with such polite pleasantries, why not call and let them know, in whatever terms seem befitting their outrageous actions, that their tenure in Zim is coming to an end VERY SOON!

Isn't it time we start putting the fear of God in these bloody bastards?
