Slovenia is damaging its own foreign policy by not allowing Croatia to enter the EU and NATO.Croatia could be a good neighbor with Slovenia and the border dispute can be worked out with EU MEDITATION. With Croatia outside of the EU and NATO it creates an unstable southern border with Slovenia and could draw Croatia back into the Balkans.
