The civilians could be spared if the cowards that are Hammas would meed on the field of honor and settle the fight like men. Not from the corners of the school yards with mobile rockets and then cry when one comes back and you children are wounded or killed and you point the finger at the enemy. I agree with Stan. You are right, Hamas is not strong, still it sent up to 70 rackets a day toward Israel to terrorize people like you. Difference is Israel government build the safe rooms and alarm system to protect it's citizens. Hamas build tunnels to bring more rackets. They don't really care about you. They use you as a human shield to get you killed for propaganda purposes. They go still now to hospitals to kill their political opponents. Videos are coming out of Gaza where they grab young children forcing to stand around their racket launchers knowing they will get killed.
