		<description>I suppose that were that to happen in the U.S., Bush would fight to keep the border open for the disease to pass unencumbered; after all, family values shouldn&#039;t stop at the Rio Grande. This is a smart policy to take every precaution to safeguard the public from this threat in Angola, and hopefully it will work.</description>
