Would any Israeli government be capable of striking any type of peace deal with the Palestinians? I do not believe that the Israeli political system is able to deal with the concept of land for peace. After all, Israel is an ethnocratic theocracy with universal suffrage and any kind of coalition with the extremely influencial religious parties will end by the collapse of the government. No resolution allowing a viable Palestinian State will be carried out through the Knesset and that without the prospect of a referendum which will surely end with a “NO”. I do not believe that peace is feasible even if Hamas/Arafat/Whatever no longer exists or has never existed.

Knesset religious parties (elected on May 17 1999)

Shass ("Sephardic Torah Guardians"): 17 seats, 13,0%
Mafdal - Religious National Party: 5 seats, 4,2%
Yahdout Ha-Torah (Torah Judaism, ultra orthodox) : 5 seats, 3,7%

yeah, and they cant keep blaiming hammas because enough is enough. This war isint on Hammas it is on Palestine. Because why is it that so many civilians are dead? Its not even a war, its a massacre! Palestine has been under occupation for years now, cmon, occupation is a crime itself. What is happening in Palestine right now is an outrage and must end asap.

Today's Israeli attacks on 2 UN schools in Gaza are against all international conventions to protect innocent civilians in a conflict area, and could legally be deemed war crimes and crimes against humanity.
It may not have been the deliberate intention to kill and maim dozens of children, but any tank commander should be aware the consequences of shelling school areas
in congested refugee populations. The Israeli action has now escalated well beyond the legal right of self defence to create a humanitarian disaster, and a new generation of traumatised children in the Gaza strip.

Due to the ongoing attacks on Gaza, the internet access is significantly diminished. I don't understand that the literary rate in palestine is high, still the internet access is very low.http://www.bahrain.co.in/
