Peter, you used an example about regional law, and then Facebook ToS rules. This brings up a dichotomy, if the US recognizes a terrorist group, but the country the user who started the group from does not – is it still promoting terrorism? I’m pretty sure it all goes by FB and US law, which means “For example, in some countries it is illegal to deny the Holocaust” is irrelevant.

# You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
# You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

Denying the holocaust does neither of these things. Like you mentioned, Facebook is hosted on US soil, and it is not illegal in the US to deny the holocaust. Albeit a stupid thing to do it is not intimidating, hateful (though it can easily lead to that), graphically violent or even promoting of these things.

The only ToS guideline that it comes close to violating is:
# You will not use Facebook to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

It’s not discriminatory since holocaust deniers aren’t the ones that perpetrated it, and not misleading because it’s a personal choice (to deny history as it’s been written and widely accepted) or belief.

Being a nuisance on the internet isn’t going to prevent another holocaust and it’s not going to take back the one that happened. I suggest vesting your time into genocide that is currently happening rather than being a thorn in the side of people that want to express their views online.

I have also exp. a form of censorship. Anytime I go to write a note having to do with Palestine or Zionism it says that it cannot be saved at this time. If I write a note about anything else than it will go through just fine. This is remarkably suspicious activity on the part of FB. BTW, I also see they have “Support Israel in the War” ads up now, one appeared to the right of my screen a few days back. I was shocked.

Cuantos años o siglos tardaran los Israelíes en decir aquello de « pero yo no sabia que estaba pasando esto… ».. u otros repitiendo frases como “yo solo obedecía ordenes..”.. La “comunidad” internacional, le ha entrado, como a menudo, un parálisis cerebral, y un parálisis sentimental.. ven, oyen, pero no saben que hacer, no intervienen, no se mueven, o tan poquito que pareciera que hacen justo lo necesario para quedar bien ante la opinión publica, y darle mientras tanto tiempo suficiente para que el ejercito Israelí haga su sucio trabajo.. que cinismo.. y que vergüenza y que hijoputismo el estadounidense que con su poderío otorga o quita el derecho a masacrar a inocentes. MEMORIA, hay que hacer memoria, y recordando, me viene a la mente aquella otra parálisis de las “democracias” que permitió que las fuerzas fascistas le dieran a Franco la victoria en nuestro país. ¿No hay ningún político, que se atreva a decir muy alto y muy fuerte que BASTA YA de este terrorismo? estoy hablando evidentemente del terrorismo del estado de Israel, hay que condenarlo YA, al igual que hemos condenado cada acto terrorista de cualquier grupo que emplee esos métodos, tendríamos que ilegalizar también a todos los políticos que no lo condenen con su debida dureza.
