		<description>Thank you Janine for this great and comprehensive post:as an inhabitant of the Caribbean, I&#039;ve learnt a lot about other Caribbean people&#039;s traditions, which are so close to ours: sorrel (jus de groseille), ham (jambon de Noël), eggnog (chodo).
We do share so much but know so little about it! Isn&#039;t it a shame.
