Hi Karlo, its sad to say what happening to Iligan City but those things can be avoided if the mayor use the inteligent fund wisely. It seems their mayor is a weak leader and some Iliganons are not happy the way he run the city and they say 40 percent population have no potable water which is basic needs to the community. Another one incident, on or before Dec. 31, 2008 their water resources was sabotaged or destroyed by their own watchman(caretakes?) and 1/4 of the city resident is waterless for a week now and the mayor and his cohorts councilor have not lifting a finger to punish the culprits and even kicking out the head of Waterworks. Perhaps they should review their Security plan (if they have one?) as well Food Security.

You are welcome, Arlene. I heard another bombing attempt was made last afternoon. Fortunately, the attempt was foiled before anyone got hurt.
