its funny that the posts talking about sex issues in the Arab countries were only said by women !! hmmmmm!! isnt that one sided? plus none of the articles have any facts or numbers to prove their points ! the rate of Arabs watching porn may have increased in the last few years, only because of the rising foreign influence in the Arab countries !! i completely disagree though that the countries have 2 taboos and the Arabs have sex on that!!! rly??? so Europe is not the continent with the most sex trafficking and brothels and casinos !!! plz try to look in a wider way when mentioning communities!! anyway if that is ur opinion plz state that, as this post might make someone have a bad impression about Arabs! especially that the Arabic women mostly are Muslim and are mostly wearing veils too!!

A powerful post, I didn't have the time to read all, but will return. I was shocked that Egyptians were racist, just as I was shocked about an 11 year old boy being kicked to death by a Cairo school teacher recently, that I blogged about.

Wow, what a post. How old was the woman who was "playing" with the Sudanese refugee? Do you think it reflected nationalist Arab sentiment that west's outrage against the genocide in Sudan is anti-Arab in nature?

What a start for my day!
I'm afraid I can't say that neither those writers lie nor exaggerate.
The thing is, I used to believe that our major problem as a nation when it comes to such kind of problems is how denying our cultures have brought us up to be, but now, reading these and others, I start to believe we have a very considerable part of our nation speaking up, yet all of our diseases are invading all our lives.
So the question is, what next? and How can we get out "safely"?
