This is the first time for me to hear about this. When you mentioned the first thing that crosses my mind is the Arabic movie "3ayez 7a2i" for Hany ramzy. Seems like they are selling Egypt, if they are going to list those shares in the stock market, because we all know what does GDRs led our stock market to, that means of course selling Egypt. I don't doubt that everybody will sell those "Vouchers" just to make a living, and better/improve their lives. Which will end up in EGYPTIAN Mafia? And OF COURSE, everybody knows who they are!!!
